For us lucky few living in Cape Town we have a fantastic sand dunes area +/- 50km outside the CBD on the West Coast road. Rating the dunes is not easy as some get stuck on the sand entering the dunes while others goes on to conquer various obstacles with ease. The unique feature is you can drive where you want and there is no set course or route where you want to go is up to you.
